The Practice was established in 1974 as a Partnership, formerly in the name of Bruce, Webb & Partners. The new Partnership name was adopted in 1985 to reflect the change in Partners. In 1998 the Partnership became a Limited Company 'Bruce, Cufley & Partners Ltd.' Registration No. 3533247.

The firm has two Directors, namely David R. Cufley, C.Eng., M.I.Struct.E. and Peter D. Mann C.Eng.,M.I.Struct.E.   In addition they have one Senior Chartered Civil Engineer, Tim Dungate BSc (Hons), C.Eng., MICE
